My wife and I recently put in an offer on a home in Sanford. Us still being stationed in California made it a little difficult to handle all of the stuff that goes into purchasing a home. We contacted David and he was able to go through and provide us with a thorough home inspection just two days after we spoke. He had our report written up and followed up with a phone call to go over everything. He provided us with all of the necessary information in a timely manner so that we could fix any issued that needed fixing.
